What is my age today?
Initially, enter your date of birth and leave the target date set to today to find your current calendar age.
Use our free online age calculator to calculate your exact age in calendar years, months, and days. Additionally, you can compute your age for today or any specific past or future target date.
Meanwhile, the calculation uses calendar boundaries, including leap years and different month lengths.
First, enter your date of birth and select Calculate age.
Next birthday:
First, choose the day, month, and year when you were born.
Next, keep today's date or select a past or future date.
Finally, select Calculate age to see the elapsed years, months, and days.
Specifically, the online age calculator measures complete calendar years first, complete calendar months second, and remaining elapsed days last. As a result, dates follow standard rules from the Gregorian calendar so the answer never assumes every month has the same length.
Initially, enter your date of birth and leave the target date set to today to find your current calendar age.
After calculating, check the Total days value for the complete number of elapsed days.
Furthermore, you can select a future target date to see the exact age you will reach on that date.
For example, suppose the date of birth is 15 March 2000 and the target date is 20 July 2026.
Year count: First, from 15 March 2000 to 15 March 2026 is 26 complete years.
Month count: Next, from 15 March to 15 July is 4 complete months.
Day count: Then, from 15 July to 20 July is 5 remaining days.
Result: Therefore, the total age is 26 years, 4 months, and 5 days.
Calendar dates do not always have a matching day in every month or year. Therefore, the calculator uses the following transparent rules.
For instance, in a non-leap year, this calculator treats February 28 as the calendar anniversary. Consequently, legal rules may differ by jurisdiction, so verify official age requirements separately.
In contrast, if the same day does not exist in the comparison month, the date is clamped to that month’s final day before remaining days are counted.
For example, find your age on an application, enrollment, insurance, or event date. Therefore, always confirm the organization’s official counting rule.
In addition, see the days remaining until your next birthday or check when a future age milestone will be reached.
Similarly, calculate how old someone was on a past date for records, timelines, family history, or personal research.
First, enter your date of birth and keep the target date set to today. Consequently, the online age calculator returns your exact calendar age in years, months, and days.
In addition, the result includes the total number of elapsed days between the date of birth and target date. Furthermore, you get complete weeks and months.
First, choose the future date in the target-date field. As a result, the calculator shows the age reached on that date.
After calculating, the result displays the next birthday date and the number of calendar days remaining from the selected target date.
For example, this tool uses February 28 as the calendar anniversary in a non-leap year. However, legal rules may differ by jurisdiction.
Specifically, the result measures elapsed calendar time from the date of birth to the selected target date.
